Our coaches promote a program based on the concept that a healthy diet is filled with nutrient-dense, whole foods, leafy greens, colorful fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains like brown rice and quinoa. They’ll teach you how to create a diet that is health-promoting, satisfying and delicious!

When you practice eating a plant-based, whole foods diet and avoid unhealthy, processed foods, your body will get the macronutrients and micronutrients it needs and you’ll begin to lose excess weight. By working with one of our carefully chosen coaches, you’ll learn meal planning, best practices for eating out, strategies to create healthier habits, and how to get back on track if you do slip-up or feel like throwing in the towel. Your coach will help you create a personalized healthy eating plan that’s both specific to your needs and will create lasting changes in your health and well-being.

Our coaches specialize in the type of nutrient-dense, plant based diet advocated by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Neal Barnard, Dean Ornish, Michael Klaper, and T. Colin Campbell; their specific certifications are listed as part of their individual coaching profiles.
