I don't believe eating before bedtime is bad. The body does the same thing as when your awake. Please comment.

Your body does not digest food in the late evening as efficiently as it does during the day. Your gut's microbiome follows a biorhythm in which digestion is less efficient in the later evening hours and tends to favor storing your food as fat. Try to stop eating between 6 and 7pm in the evening and do not eat until breakfast the following morning. A 12 to 15 hour fast gives your digestive system a needed break and allows your body to use its energy to repair itself rather than for digestion. .
